Back from the London Stampede
My apologies for not getting my updates out earlier this week -- I seem to have a lovely condition called plantar fasciitis (exotic sounding, I know, but really just a foot injury) that got exacerbated by my cute platform sandals this weekend :(
On Friday and Saturday I participated in the 3rd annual "London Stampede", and had an absolute blast. I managed to swap about 30 cardfronts, did a 10 WOW swap, (did a shoe box swap and took tons of pictures :) and yes, obviously I found the battery charger in time before I left.
Corinna and I drove into London from Toronto on the Friday, so that we could catch dinner and then attend the evening presentation. John Sanpietro, my awesome business coach, was presenting a business talk on Advanced Marketing and as always he really had some fantastic ideas and got my brain a'churning. If you are a stamping business professional, I cannot recommend his services highly enough -- check him out.
Saturday brought another talk by John and a whole lot of stamping fun (woohoo). We ended the day by having me do a presentation on home workshops and I even did a mock workshop from beginning to end (and for those of you who have partied with me before, yes, I did the glitter down the cleavage joke to much laughter).
The lovely Alicia Ryckman...

The delectable Jennifer Tinline...

The scrumptious Lorraine Franco-Sham.....

And of course, here are some samples I took pictures of while I was there!

Man-on-a-mission John Sanpietro.....

and here I am, demoing away!

That's it for today, folks. Please don't forget that June is coming and with it, my next stamping e-newsletter. Be sure to sign up on the left-side (it's free)!
Happy Stampin'!
