Home Sweet Home!

WELL! I just have to say that was an extremely exhilarating yet exhausting 5 days in Denver.
I'm home safe & sound from our annual Stampin' Up! Convention and am thrilled to be able to spend some time with my kids & hubby again - I miss them something fierce when I go away. I also look forward to reading all my zillion emails to catch up on what everyone is doing, since my internet access was so spotty while I was gone. Good thing Dina was keeping everyone updated!
I've begun the process of uploading pictures to a Webshots Gallery but please don't expect much from me over this civic holiday long weekend.... I plan on catching up on some desperately needed sleep. I think I calculated that I got about 12 hours in total while I was gone :)
But to just give the key highlights super-fast:

My hope is that participants in my classes were able to take away some pertinent information on that subject and weren't bored to tears -- I know it's such a dry topic to talk about sometimes, and not as much fun as the stamping classes. I'm trying to live down the fact that Dale Fillmore (our president COO) was in the back of the class the time I told the cow analogy!!!!
Anyhow, I've had a lot of the demonstrators on my team ask me how I did this year, so I'll share with you now:
I was deeply honoured to find out that I earned the #3 spot in Canada for a Leadership award (Sr. Associate Promotions in 1rst Level) and received the #4 Demonstrator of the Year award!!!! Thanks to each and every one of you who helped me achieve this level of success this past year -- I'm truly grateful from the bottom of my heart.
Happy long weekend to my fellow Ontarians!
