Sneak Peek #2 on new sets, papers...
The first dress card was CASE'd off a card by Jeralyn Baker, which was featured on the demonstrator website yesterday -- I freaking LOVED her idea of making a dress using the Designer Series papers and Simply Said set, so I just had to include it in our projects. Technically, I'm not cheating since I also used the new Celebrate Everything sayings set.
SS: Celebrate Everything, Simply Said
Inks: Lavender Lace, Almost Amethyst, Basic Black
CS: Lavender Lace, Almost Amethyst cardstock & Designer Paper, Whisper White, Basic Black
Other: Paper Piercer, 3-flower punch, Vintage brads, Sponge Dauber, Stamp-A-ma-jig
This next card uses a new jumbo wheel for the background, as well as the Enjoy Every Moment set that was given to Regionals attendees this past year. I didn't get to go to the Hamilton one (being otherwise occupied -- hee) so Carol-dahlink loaned her set for us to play with. Can I say once again tht I just luvvvvvvvvv the Build-A-Brads?
Inks: Certainly Celery, VersaMark, Purely Pomegranate
CS: Whisper White, River Rock, Certainly Celery, Purely Pomegranate
OTHER: Paper Piercer, pewter Build-A-Brad, Bali Breeze Designer paper, River Rock & Purely Pomegranate stitched ribbon, Stampin’ Dimensionals, ¾” circle punch
Card 3 was CASE'd from Angie Juda's birdy card, but I changed it around a bit since I'd already used River Rock in the previous card, plus I wanted to play with the Stampin' Pastels (chalks) a bit AND use microbeads over the ribbon for added texture.
Inks: Basic Black, Taken with Teal
CS: Bali Breeze Designer paper, Certainly Celery, Naturals White, Tempting Turquoise, Taken With Teal
Other: Punches: 3-flower Punch, 1” circle; Stampin’ Pastel chalks,q-tips, Sticky Strip, Micro Beads, Celery grosgrain ribbon, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Sponge Dauber, Pop-Up glue dot, White Gel pen
HAPPY STAMPING!
