Another "Movement Class" card

Share |

The second card we are making for the Movement Cards class is using a technique called Stand-alone Pop-up. Basically, it's a card that can be folded completely flat to fit in a standard 1/4 sheet envelope, but opens up as a card that stands independently.

FLAT:

STANDING:

The "sprinkles" on the cupcake are from the Silver Beads Duo set, adhered in place using the Tombo Multi-purpose adhesive (or, as I call in, the "little green bottle of goo").

ETA: Quick note to my Canadians, INK! demonstrators, I've posted the directions on the team blog for you for this card as well as yesterday's Tilt card -- just one more reason to join our group, peeps!! Check it out... fabulous special ends August 31 and you don't want to miss it!

Happy stamping,
