Save the date: Saturday February 20, 2010!
Imagine that it's Saturday February 20th, 2010 and it's a chilly winter morning...brrr. But you'll jump out of bed excited, since you know you have a wonderful day of stamping planned!
You'll enter the doors of the hall around 8:30am, and grab your new stamp set from the "Occasions Mini Catalogue" and your M&T package from the smiling girls at the Registration booth. You show them your fabulous name-badge, and find out they're giving you bonus raffle tickets for wearing one -- wow!You will grab a table with your friends and then load up on some continental breakfast, bottled water and maybe some more coffee before sitting back down. Oh wait! You have some swapping to do before things get started at 9:30!
The lights go down and the presentations begin: Big Shot Brent and loads of fabulous demonstrators are showing you fun things... you laugh, you giggle, and you learn some neat tricks! You'll get up to stretch for a break, grab some fruit & yogurt, and then check your raffle tickets to see if you won any of the early prizes. With hundreds of dollars in goodies to be won, you hope you'll be one of the winners today.
You'll then spend the rest of the morning watching Linda Hansen and more stampers show you some great ideas.
Maybe you will feel brave when they start the "Stamper's Open Mike" time and you'll get up for a few minutes to share your stamping ideas! You might be nervous, but the oodles of extra bonus raffle tickets they will give you make it all worth while. Before you know it, it's already noon! Time for more door prizes and then to grab your boxed lunch and some yummy desserts. You'll have an hour to eat, socialize, take pictures of the brand new display boards and maybe do some shopping. Let the photographer take some shots of you and your friends posing together... you know you'll see them up on the jumbo screens before long!
After lunch, Caroline will demonstrate the make & takes and you'll settle in for some stamping with your new stamps. You'll grab an afternoon snack, stamp some more and the next thing you know, it's time for all the final contests & draws before you need to go home.
You'll grab your camera to take a few last shots of the display cards and projects, as well as of your old and new friends, before you plan to get together all over again soon!
We'll be taking the best parts of this October's 'Palooza and improving on the rest to be able to bring you the best stamping event that we can next February. As this was our first large-scale event, we learned a lot about what went right as well as what went wrong, so we'll work hard to incorporate everyone's feedback into improving for the future. I thank you all for your patience and good humour with the glitches and want very much for you to be happy if you return.
Registration for the Friday evening "Demonstrator's Only" gathering as well as the all-day Saturday stamping event on February 19th and 20th is now open - get your tickets here.

Happy stamping,
I will definitely be taking advantage of the $75 for those of us that attended this past weekend. I had a fabulous time, made some great friends, and made some great projects. You were fabulous as were all of the other presenters. I really loved the photographer taking pictures of all the displays, left me time to browse and appreciate all the projects instead of rushing to take pictures. Thanks for a great time.
