Stampin' Up!'s Haiti Disaster Relief Fund!
Help make a difference in the lives of those who continue to suffer from the effects of the devastating earthquake that struck Haiti on January 12.
From now until February 28, 2010, Stampin’ Up!® will set aside $2 USD from the sale of every I {Heart} Hearts stamp set and donate it to the American Red Cross’ Haiti Relief and Development Fund. The Red Cross is already well established in Haiti, and this money will be used to provide immediate relief and long-term support through supplies, technical assistance and other support to help those in need.
In addition, I will donate my personal commission on the sales of any of these stamps sold to the Canadian Red Cross Haiti Earthquake Fund, as every little bit will help.
#118571 - I {Heart} Hearts - clear-mount (block D) $24.95
#117010 - I {Heart} Hearts - wood-mount $35.95
Stampin' Up! demonstrators share what they love and it's how we can help make a difference. Please do everything you can to lend a hand to the people of Haiti!
ETA: I'd strongly urge you also to take a look at Shelli's blog entry today about another way Stampin' Up! is helping. They bought some supplies for 5,000 hygiene kits, and had some of their vendors also donate for the kits as well.
SU employees were invited "to help assemble the kits over the next few days, and apparently the response was so enthusiastic that they got all the kits assembled in one day!" CLICK HERE TO READ!
