Founders Circle Day 3: Kanab Manufacturing Facility Tour!
Today will be our Kanab manufacturing plant tour day, always a highlight of the FC trip.
We all take 2 buses to the plant, which is a riot in and of itself as we play bingo and other goofy games to win prizes, eat junk food that gets passed around in a big basket and generally have a blast. Yes, I made everyone give me jazz hands last year!!While we're not allowed to actually take any photos inside the manufacturing area, we do get to meet the wonderful people who work there and take care of making all our stamps for us.
Last year I even ended up on the production line, assembling boxes of stamps -- hopefully I didn't screw it up too bad for some poor stamper out there :)
Being a big sap, I always get a little teary eyed during this tour... I feel so blessed to be a part of this company and meeting these hard-working folks really hammers it all home to me.
Lunch is always at this cute park-ette with our SU rubber scraps on the ground. How fun! And then of course the annual Canadians only shot... here we were last in last years photo.

Don't forget that my Birthday FREE SHIPPING Special is still going on until the 20th.
You can take advantage of ordering online while I'm gone AND you'll get expedited service from Stampin' Up! and I'll take care of refunding your S&H charges when I return :)

While I'm gone, here are even MORE wonderful birthday cards I received last week.
