Fun with Stampin' Up!'s new Petal Cone die!
As I wrap up the projects for this weeks "Aviary" set card class, I'm also preparing for this coming Saturday and Monday's Big Shot Fun classes.
And looking around at what dies I had handy, I knew I just had to pull out the new Stampin' Up! Petal Cone die for everyone to play with!
We used it last week at the March Stampers Open House dates, where we trimmed a bit off the bottom of 2 die-cut pieces and with some judicial snipping and glueing, created a cute little St. Patrick's Day box.
(BTW, stamper DeAnn Rauzi shows a really nice tutorial on how to make these boxes on her blog here)
What cool project will we do with the petal cone die THIS time???
Let me tell you... it's a really neat ice cream cone shaped birthday card that you're going to love! We have 3 other projects as well. so you'll have lots of opportunities to see just what fun you can have with that Big Shot machine!Let me ask you, have you been to my stamping studio lately? If not, why not escape the cold winter blues and come enjoy some COLOUR with me!
For classes, you just need to bring your scissors, adhesive and a bone folder. I have everything else ready for you (including envelopes!), plus my famous Keurig coffee machine and the Candy shelves to dip into. YUM!
Hope I get to see you soon!
